About Us...

TaDa Event Coordination is a full service event coordination company. We work in Kalamazoo and the surrounding areas of West Michigan. In 2005 TaDa was created by Emily Rowe, the owner of Prospectus Business Systems, LLC. Prospectus is a small business management firm providing services such as accounting, bookkeeping, system setup and maintenance and much more. TaDa and Prospectus are a lot alike because ...we handle the details for our clients.

Each wedding or event is unique and different. That is why we don't have specific "packages" we offer to our clients. We prefer having an initial meeting and establishing what your needs are. Then we develop a personalized plan for you and your event. We are willing to be involved at your preferred level from Day Of to Producer.

We specialize in custom itineraries and communication tools created in order to keep the clients, vendors, and guests informed. Relieving extraneous stress on a memorable day so you don't have to worry about a thing!

We are committed to our clients, keeping their personal information and ideas confidential. We have worked in many of the hot spots in West Michigan and have established relationships with those vendors.

I would be your primary contact for you event coordination. I have a wonderful team of assistants to support my daily tasks as well as during events. I am excited about TaDa and all it has to offer. I enjoy meeting people and being involved with them on one of their most important days.
